- You are too rough with a perpetrator, He sues you, defense costs exceed 10,000. (Again, this would be a great place to give the users some choices. In this situation, the 10K loss should significantly drain their money supply, and possibly cause BK. However, what would be great is the ability to give them a choice to go to the financial institution to see if they can get a loan for the costs.)

Random Events for Retail:
- You do a great Job at work, you are given the Employee of the Month award and a 150.00 bonus
- The store you work at changes owners, you need to pay for new uniforms, cost 250.00
- You upset a customer, your manager cuts your pay by 10%, it costs you 2500.00 for this year
- You show real promise, So you choose to go to management school, pay 3,000 (you may need a loan to help pay)

- You win a Contest, You are the fastest server in the region, win 500
- You are employee of the month, and you get a bonus of 150.00
Random Events for Construction Worker
- You Join a Union, pay 500/year in Dues
- Your Tools are stolen, you did not have renters insurance, so you need to go buy new tools, cost 2,500 (good learning opportunity here, no insurance, perhaps this is where we begin to introduce the insurance quests and lessons.)
- You are asked to be a foreman, you get a one time bonus of 2,500.
- You fall off a ladder and are injured, you do not have Disability insurance, you are out of work for 2 months, loose 4,000 (This could be a nice quest in the making about life, disability, and other insurances
- You decide to start your own contractors business (another possible quest) you need to prepare for the contractors license test, pay 500.00
- You start your business, (this becomes a future quest on entrepreneurship)

- You are initiate a research project, receive 10K stipend for your work
- You are sued by a patient, Mal-Practice Insurance covers 90% of cost, you must still pay 25,000 in legal fees
